Online Courses “ Трейдер с нуля “ and “ Я-ТРЕЙДЕР” are non-refundable once accessed.
  1. Once the course has been accessed and partially viewed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. HW Trader Academy LLC can assist you to get started with the course if you are having any trouble. In case participant made extra payments (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refunds will be issued upon request. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.

The all online course on this website is refundable up to 3 days after purchase.
Even after accessing the service, if the customer finds that this service is not suited for them, a refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All refunds must be requested up to 3 days after the initial purchase or after a recurring payment (subscription update).
